WCR Jabalpur Railway Final Apprentice Merit List 2024 Out: Railway Recruitment Cell West Central Railway Kota has released the final merit list for document verification of selected candidates given in the merit list.

Under the above subject, under the Apprentice Act 1961, a total of 853 slots determined in a total of 27 trades, about placing apprentices on one-year training in the Kota division for the session 2023-24, have been centralized by RRC/WCR/JBP vide notification no. 06/2023 Act Apprentice dt. According to the said notification, the candidates of the applications received against the slots determined for Kota Division were called Trade Wise, Merit Wise & Category Wise by this office for document verification and the names of the candidates found suitable were placed on the provisional panel on which Approval has been granted by the competent authority.

WCR Jabalpur Kota Act Apprentices for 2023-24

All selected candidates must follow the following instructions:-

• The selected candidate will be posted for Act Apprentice training in the West Central Railway(WCR)/Kota Division on the post of apprentice only after the contract is generated on the apprentice portal and approval from RDSDE JAIPUR.
• All selected candidates should register by visiting the www.apprenticeshipindia.gov.in web portal link take the print of their registration number (NAPS profile) and bring it with them. It is mandatory to fill in your e-mail ID and mobile number during registration. You will be contacted through this e-mail ID and mobile number.
• After registration, login to the said web portal and apply in your respective trade in DRM OFFICE KOTA.
• Those selected candidates who have not obtained the registration number by duly registering on the said web portal should complete this process immediately, otherwise their online contract will not be generated.
• Those candidates who have not submitted the original medical certificate on the prescribed proforma issued by Railway Recruitment Cell, Jabalpur, should bring the medical certificate on the prescribed proforma.
• Bring relevant original documents and two passport-size photographs.
• Certificate of Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribe, Other Backward Class (Non-Creamy Layer) after expiry of notification Should not be more than one year old from the date), Economically Weaker Section and Physically Handicapped Quota
  Selected candidates, who have not submitted the relevant certificates in the prescribed proforma, will be sent to the Railway Recruitment Cell, Bring along the certificate on the prescribed proforma issued along with the notification by Jabalpur.
• The stipend payable to the candidate during training will be paid directly into the trainee’s account, hence it is mandatory to submit a photocopy of the bank passbook and canceled check for verification of the account.
• While being called for training, it may take more than a day to issue the online contract letter and allot the department for training. Therefore, candidates should come with full preparation.
• The candidate will have to make his own arrangements for accommodation, food, etc. during the training. at the rate determined during training, a Stipend will be payable.
• Selected candidates have been informed through e-mail, accordingly, ensure their presence on the scheduled date in the Recruitment Section/Personnel Branch, Divisional Railway Manager Office, Kota for training, otherwise your candidature will be canceled. It is mandatory to fill and submit the master data attached to the e-mail.
• If a candidate is found ineligible at any stage, his/her candidature will be canceled with immediate effect.
