Civilian Trade Instructor Recruitment 2024 Short Description: The government of India, Ministry Of Defence Has released the notification for Civilian Trade Instructor 2024 for 3 post recruitment notice 01/2024 Defence Civilian Employees for Bombay Engineer Group And Center, Khadki, Pune. This application is invited for eligible nationals for ITI Pass Out Students Whose age between 18-25 Years.
Civilian Trade Instructor Recruitment 2024 Documents required to accompany the Applications:-
Along with the application form, you have to send self-attested photocopies of the following documents:
- High school certificate and mark sheet
- ITI/NCVT Certificate And Marksheet.
- Passing Certificate of Diploma/Any other Higher Education etc (if available).
- Aadhaar Card and PAN Card.
- Experience Certificate (if available).
- Caste Certificate (For SC candidates).
- Economically Weaker Sections (EWS) Certificate (For EWS candidates).
- Disability Certificate issued by CMO/Civil Surgeon (For PWD candidates only).
- NOC
- One self-addressed envelope affixed with Rs 22/- postal stamp.
- Admit Card (should be filled by Candidate)
Civilian Trade Instructor Recruitment 2024 Mandatory Knowledge & Experience:
- (i) Printing Composing Reading (Offset Printer) – Should have knowledge and proficiency in Offset Sheet Fed Printing, Desktop Publishing (DTP), Corel Draw, Book Binding
- Artisan (Wood Work) – knowledge and proficiency in Carpentry work, woodwork and related civil construction activities
Civilian Trade Instructor Recruitment 2024 Age limit and relaxation:
To fill Civilian Trade Instructor Form, your age limit should be between 18 to 25 years and relaxation is also provided for some special categories of people.
Age relaxation:
- PWD: 10 years
- Government Employee: 40 years for UR and 45 years for SC
Civilian Trade Instructor Recruitment 2024 Screening of the Applications:
After receiving a large quantity of forms, the department has the right to conduct a written examination otherwise it can take merit-based selection.
Civilian Trade Instructor Recruitment 2024 Scheme of Examination:
Government of India Ministry of Defense Civilian Employees for Bombay Engineer Group and Centre, Khadaki Pune, the pattern of written examination will be as per 10th and ITI, whatever is the initial qualification. Students who will appear in the written exam can also have skill test and practical test. Questions for the written exam will be in Hindi and English and candidates with 10 times the number of vacancies will be called for the skill test.
Civilian Trade Instructor Recruitment 2024 Last date of receipt of applications:
This form has to be submitted in the evening within 21 days of the last date of publication in the employment news or local newspaper. Your form will be accepted only through Speed Post, Registered Post and Ordinary Post only. If you send by hand or carrier or with the wrong address, your form will be rejected.

Civilian Trade Instructor Form 2024 Place of written test/skill test:
You will be called to Headquarters, Bombay Engineer Group and Centre, Khadki, Pune 411003 for the written test and skill test and the selection process may take two to three days, so in the meantime you will have to make your own arrangements for accommodation and food. You will not receive any TA/DA
Civilian Trade Instructor Application Form 2024 Call letter for examination:
For written tests and skill and practical tests, only the shortlisted candidates will be called, which will have the date time and venue written on their call letter. Only those candidates who receive the call letter can sit in the exam. Due to the post of call letter, it will not be the responsibility of the department.
Civilian Trade Instructor Vacancy 2024 General Conditions:
- If an incomplete form is filled and the document is not self-attested, it will be rejected in the evening.
- If someone fills out the candidate form of the Khadki Department, then before that he will have to take permission from the Commandant.
- If you want to fill the form for more than one post, then all of them will have to be filled in separate forms and the exam for all the posts will be on the same day.
- Initially, all the appointments will be on a temporary basis but if 2 years are successfully completed then you can be made permanent.
